The Chef is now a full time educator as current Department Chair of the Culinary Arts Program at Southern Maine Technical College in South Portland, Maine. Other endeavors, besides being Principle Spokesperson for LoveMaineLobsters.com, include Corporate Chef for Good Clean Food, Inc. and as consultant to various high profile restaurants and organizations, such as the Maine Lobster Promotion Council. Chef Wilfred has also hosted two series of one hour syndicated television cooking shows titled "Gourmet Cooking Made Easy" and "Gourmet Cooking Made Healthy".
Member, Founder and current President of the ACF, Casco Bay Culinary Association a chapter of The American Culinary Federation.
Member of the American Academy of Chefs, Honor Society of the ACF.
